I don’t disclose about my mental illness to people in reality. I am rather open here because l can be anonymous. Ys, l am not ashamed of being mentally ill, l just don’t see the reason to tell others when my problems don’t mean anything to them. Most assholes are just curious, nothing more. Also l feel they will judge everything l do as a person with bipolar disorder even if the behaviors are normal.
